PUBLIC BENEFITS & PRIVATE INSURANCE
We assist disabled or low-income individuals in the complex world of public benefits—those who are eligible for SSI, SSDI, MediCal, and other programs—but have been denied or had benefits reduced. We help low-income persons obtain and maintain a source of income; achieve access to health insurance or medical care; help with food, housing and other sustenant needs; and secure supportive services such as daycare, job training and educational services that enable clients to secure employment. We also represent clients whose health, life, or disability insurance has been unlawfully denied or rescinded

Ayudamos  a individuos discapacitados y con ingresos económicos bajos en el mundo complejo de los beneficios públicos—aquellas personas  que califican para SSI, SSDI, MediCal, y otros programas—a quines les han reducido o negado beneficios. Ayudamos a persona de bajo ingreso a obtener y mantener una fuente de ingresos; obtener acceso a seguro médico o cuidado médico; ayuda con alimentos, vivienda y otras necesidades de sustento; y asegurar servicios de apoyo, como cuidado de niños, capacitación laboral y servicios educacionales que habilitan al cliente a asegurar empleo. También representamos clientes cuyo seguro médico, de vida, o de incapacidad ha sido ilegalmente negado o terminado.
